September marks the end of the honey collection season for beekeepers across the US and to celebrate and raise awareness about the importance of honey bees, the National Honey Board created National Honey Month.

And what better way for Omni La Costa Resort to support this initiative than to share some love from the hive with you all in the form of a deliciously sweet Honey Sauce recipe.

The perfect addition to scallops, fish, lamb chops and a series of other appetizers and dishes, this recipe from BlueFire Grill’s chef de cuisine, Greg Frey, Jr. could easily become a new favorite between friends and family.
