Chef Marc Therrien, an integral member of Omni La Costa Resort & Spa over the past several years, is known for his Southern California flair. Chef Therrien will bring his creative menu concepts to Bistro 65: the resort’s three-meal-a-day full-service restaurant; Diversion Sport Lounge: a sleek, new sports bar and restaurant; and EDGE Adult Pool + Cocktails: the resort’s brand new adults-only venue. Chef Marc also does an amazing job overseeing all banquet operations for Omni La Costa.
