Don’t forget to train your legs at least two times per week! Benefits to incorporating equal-parts leg workout include:
1) By building your biggest muscles, you’ll keep your metabolism sky high
2) Leg power makes your whole body more powerful
3) Mobility is key as you grow older

Exercises to try to incorporate into your leg workout:
- Squats
- Lunges
- Leg Curls
- Leg Extensions
- Step-ups
- Hip/Ab Abduction
